A question asked |
|||
| Once upon a time there was a biology teacher with a large portion of philanthropy in his heart. Because he was especially observant of his students in a caring sort of way, he began to wonder why so many of them seemed to have high intelligence and yet still performed poorly in the classroom, or they lacked the ability to focus, or they | were habitually uncooperative with the group, or they often suffered from low-grade infections of one kind or another, or they clearly possessed little vitality or energy, or they had many complex social problems. In a nutshell, economic advantages didn't seem to matter: Whether they were poor or rich, the mysterious "ailments" were the norm rather than the exception. | ||
A dream takes form |
|||
| Over a period of time, our teacher came to the
conclusion that these students bore hidden malnutrition that was responsible for poor
achievement in all aspects of their lives. Many of them were taking over-the-counter multiple
vitamins at their parents' insistence, but it seemed these made no difference. Our teacher widened his view, took a look at the adults behind his students, and saw the same problems. It didn't take too |
long for our teacher to begin wondering if the
heart attacks, ulcers, cancer, and all those debilitating diseases that adults seem to eventually fall
prey to, were not after all the result of life long malnutrition. A dream was born - a dream to find a way to provide whole, high-powered nutrition to a society that seemed to be sinking into poor health as a way of life - vulnerable to "attack" and dependent on drugs and surgery. |
||
Imagination-Belief-Creation |
|||
| A path was carved out of that dream, and it led our teacher and his wife and family through many difficult years of having little more to hold onto but the dream, as the teacher searched and investigated and tested one source after another, looking for the "manna" that he knew in his heart existed somewhere in pure, | unadulterated form. The quest finally ended at Klamath Lake in Oregon, with it's inexhaustible orchard of aphanizomenon flos-aquae - blue green algae - growing for millennia in the best possible environment that one could hope for, and containing the most perfectly balanced nutrition a human being, animal or plant would find anywhere. | ||
The stories they tell |
|||
| Cell Tech International was born, founded by that
teacher and his wife, Daryl and Marta Kohlman. Before too long, people were consuming the
Super Blue Green Algae that was harvested and processed out of Klamath Lake, and seeing its
effects on their health and well-being.
The dream was finally taking shape, but the work had only begun. If The Blue Green Algae was going to perform its |
magic on the world en masse (and that, after all,
had always been the Kohlmans' dream), somehow the world had to first be informed of its
existence. A marketing plan became a crucial issue for the company. It was quite plain that the enthusiasm of people consuming The Blue Green Algae made them the very best marketing force. Why ignore this powerful resource? |
||
With staying power |
|||
| It was clear that the only sensible way to market Super Blue Green Algae, to make it available far and wide, was not through the impersonal tone of commercial advertising, but through the very people who had their own stories to tell, who knew the worth of what they were selling because their health told them so. But whatever plan was created, one thing was certain: The Blue Green Algae itself must always be the touchstone. | And so, after careful research and planning, Cell Tech's compensation plan was born. It was based on the idea of generous but stable and long term achievement for the Distributors - opportunities for open-ended incomes for life - a solid network marketing process that would encourage people to become totally self-employed - a balanced plan worthy of the product it promoted. | ||
Ethics and Altruism |
|||
| Out of all the network marketing businesses that have come and gone, there are probably fewer than a dozen that have lasted fifteen years or more, as Cell Tech's has. Successful network marketing plans are not based on "down and dirty grab your money and run" tactics. | The lasting power of our network marketing plan springs from the highest of business ethics, the most humanitarian vision, undeniable firsthand success with the product, and the attitude of sharing, "because there's plenty enough for all of us" - just like Super Blue Green Algae. | ||
Highest compensation |
|||
| The network marketing plan that Cell Tech has designed is based on the intent to demonstrate a genuine appreciation for the "sales people." As such, Cell Tech turns 58% of its commissionable revenue | back over to bonuses and commissions for the
Distributors. It is one of the highest compensation levels in the network marketing industry. |
||
Hundreds of thousands |
|||
| The plan works beautifully for everyone. We all know that word-of-mouth advertising is more persuasive than any other kind of marketing. There are hundreds of thousands of Super Blue | Green Algae users all over the world who heard someone's personal story and were convinced. And perhaps best of all, our good health is a constant reminder that Super Blue Green Algae is the very soul of our business. |
