Where do you begin, what do you take and how much?


Present and past health, lifestyle, desire, financial situation - these are all factors we consider when starting a new health program.

There are two basic Blue Green Algae Programs with Specials packages to match:

How to use Algae, Enzymes and Acidophilus

Enzymes: Ingest 1-2 capsules at the beginning of each meal (capsules can be opened and sprinkled over food.

Acidophilus: Ingest 2-3 capsules on rising; wait 20 minutes before eating solid food. Or, ingest 2-3 capsules before bed. Consume with at least one full glass of water.

Alpha and Omega Sun Super Blue Green Algaes: Whenever you choose. Some say best with meals; some say on an empty stomach. Experiment to find out which way suits you.
